ATLANTA GREEK PICNIC

So, this weekend, Leron Gresham (HX FALL 2K6 ACE) headed to ATL for the Atlanta Greek Picnic weekend, We stayed with 2 of Leron's chapter bruhs who are also my brother Oliver's Chapter bruhs. Anyway, we rolled out with plans to go to the Pretty-Nasty Party that was supposed to be at Club Dreamz but the Ques were acting a fool...so...they wouldnt let anyone else in, so we redirected to the Kappa Theta chapter party at Club Cream where they were essentially having a party outside complete with strolling, dancing and all....Saw a lot of bruhs I knew, met some new ones, finally went in and it was a sauna of kourse. Left there, hit the wall then hit the sack.

SATURDAY:

Lunch at Ted's Montana Grill...on to the picnic...essentially the hottest experience of my life...saw pretty much life lol So, now for chapter shoutouts:

Zeta Phi, Eta Chi, Mu Kappa, Kappa Rho, Zeta, Mu Pi, Mu Omicron, Alpha Psi, Nu Epsilon, Kappa Lambda, Lambda Alpha and Kappa Kappa...

Left there and because of the travesty that happened Friday night, everyone got smart and got an early start for the parties...I hooked up with the West Point Ques, Danny Priester and Russ Calloway and we headed to the club while it was still light outside lol Headed to Dreamz and got in for the $Free.99 and skipped out on the $50 kover charge since Jeezy was supposed to be in the building....met some cool ass deltas from South Carolina...then headed to Waffle House and then back to the room to krash

Sunday:

Wake up...go back to sleep...Roll to the crib...get locked out of the house...now im at Olivers house kicking it.

You're probably asking yourself what I'm talking about? Well, I'm talking about Hip-Hop's ability to birth and effectively kill their own fads by overuse and mad biting. Our newest case?

The word: Swagger

Swagger has been almost as used and abused as autotune (Save Kanye's brilliance) in hip-hop as of late. It has been so misused in fac, that it's actual functional meaning in the English language has been lost. According to our great friends at Merriam-Webster:

1: to conduct oneself in an arrogant or superciliously pompous manner ; especially : to walk with an air of overbearing self-confidence
2: boast , brag
transitive verb: to force by argument or threat : bully

Hey all!

My surgery is done. I appreciate all the support that I got from everyone!!!! Percocet is some wild stuff, so I'm getting off of that foolishness! Anyway. I won't be walking for the next month or so and I won't be running for another 3-4 months, so, holla at me.
